I’m your dedicated nutritionist, life coach, and motivator. With over 250 pounds lost and a personal journey of overcoming bitterness, struggle, and pain, I lead by example, showing you that true transformation is possible and can be filled with joy.

I’m a certified personal trainer, group fitness leader, owner and lead coach of Miami Beach Fit Camp, certified life coach, weight loss coach and nutritionist. 

I specialize in teaching the power of self-love to get more from life and fully actualize. I guide souls through visualizations and exercises to find the love within and use it to open and activate the heart in new ways.

I am passionate about loving all humans and showing them their beauty.

I specialize in helping women over 40 to overcome the old diet patterns that keep you stuck and to love yourself, honor your body, and embrace this incredible chapter of your life with power and grace.
