My experience losing weight over a decade and using every single diet and tool out there, means I know how to save you the time and energy of figuring it out. Customized programming for your life, your habits and to meet you where you are. No “one size fits all’ solution. We start with working on habits and consistency and then move closer and closer to that ideal nutrition plan that is sustainable forever!
03 — Custom Strength Training & Nutrition Program
Beginner Level - Starting from scratch? Get started with your fitness and strength training in a safe, accessible program built just for you. Workout plans written for your abilities, with your available time and tools, to achieve the goals YOU want to achieve. App-based workout programs to progress you and build strength and abilities.
Advanced Level - Want to change your body composition, transform your body and get in the best shape of your life? Get a custom workout program every 4 weeks with progressive overload, challenging supersets and new movements using your at-home gear or gym equipment. Bundle your workout program with a custom nutrition program! Advanced or Beginner custom workout plan PLUS:
Real Food. Common Sense. Balanced to change your body composition, improve your health and release excess fat. Custom meal plans or custom macro-plans to fit your lifestyle. Monthly nutrition coaching session plus app-based nutrition plan, habit tracking and meal plan.
04 — Virtual and-In Person Personal Training
Train wherever you are via wi-fi video or in person on Miami Beach. Your gym or outside.
